About the role

We are seeking Cobar-based individuals to join our team as an Underground Miner Level 1, performing the role of Truck Operator. This position plays an integral role in supporting underground mining operations by safely and efficiently operating haulage equipment in line with site safety standards and operational procedures.

As a Truck Operator, you will contribute directly to production targets and be expected to perform a range of Level 1 underground mining tasks for which you are trained, competent, and authorised.

For individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and alignment with our core values, opportunities will be supported to gain exposure and experience in additional underground roles such as nipper, services crew, and jumbo offsider.

• Roster: 7/7, 12 hours per day (Day & Night shift)

• Location: Peak Mine, Cobar NSW

Qualifications and experience

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and living our Values

• Unrestricted manual C Class driver’s licence

• Ability to work underground

• Experience operating heavy equipment

• Security Clearance (UHL) preferred

• Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol, police, and qualification checks

• Right to work in Australia
