Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Shape strategy as a trusted advisor to the CFO, leading planning, insights and modelling in a high-impact FP&A Manager role.
About us
Aurelia Metals Limited is an ASX-listed, Australian-owned gold and base metals company based in NSW. We operate the Peak and Federation underground mines and are progressing the Great Cobar Project, a high-grade copper development near Peak.
We are proud to be a WORK180 endorsed employer, with inclusion, safety, and our Values at the heart of everything we do. With one of the most prospective land positions in the Cobar Basin, we are unlocking value through discovery, development, and growth.
The Great Cobar Project, with an eight-year mine plan and strong exploration upside, will drive the next generation of growth at Aurelia and create diverse career pathways for those wanting to be part of a high-performance, forward-thinking culture.
About the role

In this role, you will manage the FP&A function, providing high-quality financial and economic insights that support business planning, growth initiatives, and key projects across the Company. While the role has no direct reports, you will lead through influence, partnering closely with leaders and the executive team to drive alignment and deliver meaningful outcomes.
You are someone who brings both strong technical capability and a collaborative approach, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights. Your experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the resources sector, will enable you to provide accurate and timely guidance that supports confident decision-making.
