About you

We’re seeking curious and motivated individuals who are:

  • Cobar residents (essential)

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident

  • Manual driver’s licence holders (or show clear progress towards obtaining one)

  • Genuinely interested in pursuing their chosen trade

  • Able to work 5/2, 4/3 (9-hours roster) rosters varying for successful applicants over 18

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Keen problem solvers and enjoy team environments

  • Open to new challenges

  • Takes onboard new learnings and shows initiative
